SOHA Secretary Dalena Sanderson-Hunter provides a report about the 16 July 2021 SOHA Membership Meeting, which addresses SOHA efforts and initiatives to “dismantle structural racism and the impact of bias in its guidance to oral history projects, educational programs and resources, and aid in securing funding for worthy oral history projects.”

SOHA 2022 Conference Co-Chairs Summer Cherland and Ryan Morini highlight the “Top 10 Reasons why you should present at the 2022 SOHA conference.” It’s time to organize and submit SOHA 2022 Conference proposals before January 2022. Remember to save the dates for SOHA 2022 April 1-3 at UNLV. Learn more about it and how to submit a proposal at https://www.southwestoralhistory.org/conference.html
