It’s time to register for the SOHA 2022 Annual Conference, which will be held April 1-3 at the Lied Library of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Register as soon as possible at https://bit.ly/SOHA2022Register
Spread the word and join us for our first SOHA hybrid conference this April, which offers both in-person and virtual sessions and activities.

Here is more information about the upcoming SOHA 2022 Conference:
- You can view and share previous posts and flyers about the conference: https://sohanews.wordpress.com/2021/10/09/soha-2022-cfp-the-memories-matter
- Conference registration/membership: All attendees and presenters are asked to register for the conference and have an active SOHA membership (if they are not a current conference travel scholarship recipient). Registration is now available at https://sworalhistory.square.site/
- Lodging: You have a lot of options when choosing a place to stay in Las Vegas! Since all in person sessions will take place at the UNLV library (not in a hotel), we have provided this list of nearby hotels, motels, and alternative lodging options. The list contains information like distance to campus, and anticipated room rate. It was updated December 2021. Please verify with your chosen hotel to confirm prices.
- Links for virtual panels will be forthcoming in the final program.
- COVID-19 Protocol: SOHA will follow all UNLV mask/vaccine guidelines. Please make sure you are aware of UNLV’s policies, found here: https://www.unlv.edu/coronavirus
- Program: The committee is currently finalizing the program schedule and will share it with all presenters and SOHA members once we have a draft in the coming weeks. We will share the final program (with days, times, and other specifics) with all presenters/participants soon.
Here is the draft SOHA 2022 conference program schedule (subject to change):
Thank you for your continued support of SOHA and oral history! We hope to see you at SOHA 2022 in Las Vegas or online.
